Excellent is an understatement! I came here for my birthday and it was a memorable experience. The staff and their attention to detail is flattering – shoutout to Jose who made the evening even more special. The food is divine, incredibly creative, tasty and beautiful. Japanese fusion food at its finest. We had the tasting menu.. every dish was memorable with a great theatre of presentation. Service was great and the wine list exceptional. The 2 day cooked Wagu was amazing, as we’re the clams in Sake sauce that we will remember for a long time! Also it’s great value for the tasting menu compared to similar places.

I base my evaluation on many visits in Michelin restaurants all over the world. Restaurants was OK but no wow effects that you expect to get. We took a Chef recommendation menu (150€ per person) and wine out from the wine list (320€/ bottle). Dinner took about 4,5 hours. Some dishes was great, some not (example clams is Sake sauce tasted only Sake). We were seated in a small terras and there was not enough space for trails waitresses used for delivering food and drinks, so had to look dirty dishes often when eating. Service was good but really slow. What was really the special thing to remember was the wine. It was exactly what we asked, so thanks for the sommelier!

We started the evening with a stroll in the extensive Japanese garden behind the restaurant, and then met the hostess to be seated for what turned into a 2.5 hour adventure. We managed a reservation at the high table in the back (seemed like the chef’s table) and had an incredible evening with the traditional fish omakase. The service was fantastic, the sommelier took his time to to explain the sake choices and made sure we were happy with our selections, and the staff was always checking in to see if we needed anything. The food was excellent, especially the sashimi course which came out with a super cool ice sculpture for a serving dish.

This restaurant was perfect! The food, the ambient, and the service it was amazing. I expected it to be a great restaurant, and food but i didn’t even think it would be that amazing! They talk you through all the dishes, how to eat them, what are they and so on.. If i caught the correct name from the server Federica, such a nice person, kind and also the other server (man) but unfortunately didn’t caught his name, also the best. I really really recommend it to everyone coming to or in Tenerife, you will not regret it it’s worth the price.

Perfect service, all parts of the dinner were very tasty. My recommendation is the «Chief Tasting Menu». One of the best dinners I’ve ever had. It took about 4 hours to finish everything. Not the cheapest but definitely worth every penny. You need to order in advance for a group.

Very good restaurant. You should try the tasting menu. Price/quality and service is excellent!!! Must do when in Tenerife. If you have children book on a Sunday for lunch.
