Comida nada fuera de lo normal, pagas la situación del restaurante. El sushi pequeño y muy normalito. El tinto de verano muy malo, nos lo dejamos entero. La camarera canaria con gafas muy maja.

Muy caro por la calidad y servicio ofrecido. No lo recomiendo a nadie la verdad… 1. Hemos esperado muchísimo tiempo para los camareros 2. Entrante: la salsa no era mala pero el pollo era recalentado 3. Pad thai malísimo, sin sabor… Lo único bueno era la carne y arroz con leche de coco

We came without a reservation and got one of the last free tables. We were taken straight to our table and given our menu, our drink order was taken and served promptly. The food came after a short wait. Everything was freshly prepared, crunchy vegetables, delicious tofu. Very tasty curry, varied flavors. The bill for two main courses with side dishes, coffee and water was around 35 Euros. Friendly staff, tablecloth, cutlery and plates pretty clean. Definitely recommended, especially for vegans. We were surprised by the many bad reviews we read afterwards. Apparently a lot has changed for the better, we had nothing to complain about.

However, for enthusiasts of Thai cuisine, this spot is highly recommended . The ambiance is pleasant and comfortable, complemented by courteous and accommodating staff . The menu is available in multiple languages , ensuring accessibility for a diverse clientele, with a fair price point of approximately 20 euros per person . For an enhanced dining experience, I suggest engaging with the chef’s special service ‍ . By request, you can have the chef prepare your selected menu right before your eyes, starting from 40 euros per person. There’s a variety of menus to choose from, including meat or fish options—booking in advance is advisable . The convenience of an underground parking facility ensures that you can park with ease, take the elevator up to the restaurant level, and enjoy your dining experience without the hassle of searching for parking or walking long distances. With parking fees being quite reasonable, at around 2 euros, it’s a small price for significant convenience.

My son and I tried Oriental Garden by accident as the other sushi places were extremely busy. We were sat down by a lovely lady who was greeting and seating everyone who came in. The guy who took our order was very rude and no customer service at all, which we saw when he interacted with other customers also. One table questioned their bill and he never said a word to them, just took the bill and walked off! The lady who brought us our sushi, cleared our plates and brought us the bill was absolutely lovely. We both had sushi and it was great, really enjoyed it. I think we must have waited about 30-40 minutes but it was worth it. That sushi would get 5* My son enjoyed it so much we went again the next evening. This was quite a different experience…every single staff member we encountered was extremely rude, and had no customer etiquette at all. This was 5.30pm and we were the ONLY people there for at least 45 minutes. It took ages for someone to appear so we could ask to sit down and the woman who we did ask appeared outside and then shot inside again, I had to shout and ask if they were open and if we could sit down. Our wait for our food was definitely too long considering we were the ONLY people in the restaurant, even if we did order sushi, with no back log surely this doesn’t take an age to make! Such a shame as the food was lovely. But the waiter and waitresses were definitely rubbish and could do with serious lessons in customer service. ESPECIALLY when the tips covered in the charged bill already.

I came here about 3 weeks previous of my visit today and it was absolutely 5 stars. Food and service were excellent at a reasonable price for the area. That’s why I was excited to return today, foolishly. Upon being seated in the empty restaurant we ordered some soft drinks. As they were being dropped to the table, my boyfriend was looking at the sushi section of the menu (which he was very excited about ordering). The waiter passively said that they didn’t have sushi, without apology. Had we known this before ordering drinks we would have left however we decided to stay as we didn’t want to pay €6 for coke zeros and then have to do the same some place else. The problem arose with our mains. We ordered 2 Phad Kee Maos with extra spice. Exactly what I got last time. Today the mains came out and frankly blew our heads off with spice, rendering them inedible. I understand that we asked for extra spice as we are fans of a kick, but these dishes were so spicy that they could not be consumed by even the greatest of spice lovers, our waiter also never came to ask if everything was ok as we would have raised the issue with him, if we had been given the opportunity. My Phad Kee Mao also had a large quantity of sea weed on top of it, which I hated as I have an aversion to seafood. I’m really disappointed as this place was 10/10 the first time we came but sadly, we won’t be back.
